Role: Business Lead for AI-native Small Molecule Discovery at Takeda, responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for next-generation discovery platforms integrating AI, automation, and scientific data. Responsibilities: own the product portfolio across the small molecule discovery pipeline, align product development with scientific workflows, lead cross-functional teams, set KPIs, and drive adoption to deliver scientific and business impact. Requirements: Ph.D. in computational chemistry, structural biology, data science, or related field; 10+ years in pharmaceutical R&D; proven experience in product or platform ownership, strategic planning, and cross-disciplinary leadership; strong technical fluency in computational chemistry, AI/ML, and automation; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
