Business Lead, AI-native End Point Generation

Role: Business Lead for Takeda's AI-native Endpoint Generation product, overseeing the development of next-generation software that integrates AI, data platforms, and automation to enhance drug discovery workflows. Responsibilities: define and refine strategic vision for AI-enabled experimental data generation, lead cross-functional teams on product roadmap, prioritize initiatives based on scientific and business impact, and drive adoption among in vivo pharmacology and discovery teams. Requirements: Ph.D. in a biomedical or pharmaceutical science with 10+ years in R&D, proven product ownership, and experience in discovery-stage experimental data, especially in vivo pharmacology, DMPK, or safety sciences. Technical fluency in computational and AI/ML concepts is essential, with hands-on coding experience preferred. High-value: focus on AI-driven, automated drug discovery platforms, with emphasis on externalized and in vivo data workflows, in a hybrid Cambridge, MA location. Stakeholder management and external partner oversight are key. The role involves collaborating with senior scientific and digital teams to translate scientific needs into impactful technology solutions, ensuring products are scientifically grounded, technically feasible, and widely adopted.
