Role Summary
- Strengthen commercial performance across assigned markets by translating insights, tools, and best practices into market-ready solutions.
Role Responsibilities
- Translate global commercial effectiveness strategies into market-ready solutions.
- Lead complex, AI/ML/web-bot/database projects; identify trends/opportunities and forecast outcomes for data-driven decisions.
- Ideate/design/deploy intuitive dashboards to transform data into market-specific reporting.
- Develop business cases for technology projects (benefits, drawbacks, resources, budget).
- Partner with the Commercial Innovation and Excellence Director to operationalize needs in digital development.
- Support GTM optimization and sales execution via data-driven insights.
- Evaluate digital assets for colleague experience using business/customer insights.
- Diagnose performance trends using analytics to inform resource allocation and decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Commercial, Medical, Portfolio, Digital) for integrated market execution.
- Embed commercial best practices and improve sales execution and GTM models.
- Manage enterprise-wide culture initiative implementation.
Basic Qualifications
- BA + 6+ yrs (or MS + 5+ yrs, or PhD + 1+ yrs).
- 5–8 yrs in generic pharmaceutical industry; 3 yrs commercial operations experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams/achieve organizational goals.
- Hospital & Biosimilars market expertise.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement initiatives delivering operational/financial results.
- Leadership, influence without formal authority, strong communication, prioritization, and ability to manage complex projects.

Compensation / Benefits (as stated)
- Base salary: $124,400–$207,400; bonus target 17.5%; eligible for long-term incentive; comprehensive benefits including 401(k).
