Role Summary
- Strengthen commercial performance across assigned markets through ideation and implementation of insights, tools, and best practices. Partner with commercial leaders to deliver on GH&B goals; harmonize process excellence across commercial departments; lead enterprise culture initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
- Translate global commercial effectiveness strategies into market-ready solutions.
- Lead complex projects leveraging AI/ML/web bots/databases to understand GH&B market trends, forecast outcomes, and enable data-driven decisions.
- Define business needs for intuitive dashboards that turn raw data into actionable reports.
- Develop technology-related business cases (benefits, drawbacks, resources, budget).
- Partner with Commercial Innovation and Excellence Director to operationalize digital development needs.
- Support GTM optimization, sales execution, and decision-making via data-driven insights.
- Evaluate digital assets for optimal colleague experience using business/customer insights.
- Diagnose performance trends with analytics to guide resource allocation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Commercial, Medical, Portfolio, Digital) for integrated market execution.
- Embed commercial best practices and improve sales execution and GTM models.
- Manage and lead enterprise-wide culture initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (6+ years) OR Master’s (5+ years) OR PhD (1+ years).
- 5–8 years in generic pharmaceutical industry; 3 years commercial operations experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams; Hospital & Biosimilars market expertise.
- Experience delivering large continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, influence without formal authority, communication, and ability to manage multiple critical projects.
Benefits/Compensation (explicitly stated)
- Annual base salary $124,400–$207,400; bonus target 17.5% base; 401(k) match and retirement contribution; paid time off and health benefits.
