Location/site: East Hanover, NJ or Cambridge, MA (not remote). Travel: ~20% (domestic and/or international).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic, operational, and business planning recommendations/plans to the General Manager to increase impact of products
- Integrate product/portfolio insights across functions to prioritize the most impactful actions
- Lead preparations for impact reviews (performance, investor relations, business reviews) with global/local leadership stakeholders; assess progress vs. KPIs
- Lead creation of investor relations packages and narratives for assigned products
- Lead large cross-functional strategic core initiatives to improve operational efficiency and/or deliver significant customer impact
- Run the Product Core Team (priorities, agendas, action items, follow-ups)
- Partner with Finance, Insights, and Analytics to define and measure resource allocation decisions
- Ensure alignment to and ownership of NPC policies and applicable laws/regulations
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree (relevant area); MBA preferred
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare/healthcare consulting with at least 2 types of cross-functional experience
- 2+ years project management and translating strategy into execution
- 2+ years leading complex projects requiring global/local alignment
- 5+ years commercial experience (preferably multi-functional)
- Demonstrated strategic acumen; strong analytics and action planning
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and โtell a storyโ orally and in writing
- Curious, strong listening skills; able to challenge current thinking
Desirable Requirements:
- Therapeutic area experience
- 2+ years at a major consultancy (e.g., McKinsey/BCG/Bain)
- Global/regional experience (projects or roles 6+ months)
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $185,500โ$344,500/year
- Performance-based cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards (role-dependent)
