Business Development Manager/Director- Biopharma Partner Services

Role: Lead business development and sales for Burning Rock Dx's molecular pathology products in the US market, driving growth and expanding customer base. Responsibilities: prospect new clients, develop market-specific business and regulatory strategies, manage relationships with local partners, report market intelligence, support operational setup, enhance brand awareness, and ensure excellent customer service. Requirements: BS or MS in Life Sciences, Molecular Pathology, Clinical Medicine, or related field; at least 3 years of experience in BD or sales within molecular pathology or IVD sectors; strong knowledge of the US molecular pathology market; excellent communication, strategic thinking, and operational skills; fluency in English.
