Role Summary

Join AstraZeneca as a Business Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting our teams and driving operational excellence. In this position, you will provide proactive administrative and project support to ensure that business-critical activities are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expenses for leaders and teams.
  • Organize and support events, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records, support workflow, and resolve queries promptly.
  • Administer SharePoint sites and distribution lists.
  • Foster collaboration and promote continuous improvement across teams.
  • Leverage technology, including AI tools, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Take meeting minutes and support senior leaders as needed.
  • Prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorβ€šΓ„Γ΄s degree (preferred).
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, including diary and event management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and handling confidential information.
  • Minute-taking skills and project experience are desirable.
  • Certifications in AI or related technologies are a plus.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
