      Role Summary
 Business Analyst Information Services: Order to Cash
 Responsibilities
 
 - Lead discussions with business and IS stakeholders.
 
 - Work closely with stakeholders and elicit information from them in order to understand true business needs.
 
 - Lead and support the design, analysis, and estimation of various projects and enhancements.
 
 - Work closely with the business to understand issues and needs, identify and document business requirements as user stories clearly, and help the team identify solutions that address business problems.
 
 - Be the functional lead that owns the end-to-end solution from the IS side.
 
 - Understand the requirement and impact to business in order to identify the right priorities.
 
 - Understand and be able to review the solution and validate that it meets the requirements from the business.
 
 - Drive and manage business initiatives.
 
 - Understand technology strategy and help develop business case alternatives that anticipate the future direction of the business.
 
 - Work with the product team to facilitate project and enhancement assessments of feasibility, impact, and effort required to implement changes in response to business requirements.
 
 - Exhibit business process expertise in overall Order to Cash, including Transportation and Warehouse Management.
 
 - Utilize AI to solve business problems.
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 - Required: Doctorate degree
 
 - Required: OR Master’s degree and 2 years of information systems experience
 
 - Required: OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of information systems experience
 
 - Required: OR Associate’s degree and 8 years of information systems experience
 
 - Required: OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of information systems experience
 
 - Preferred: Proven experience in business analysis, defining a business case, leading discussions with business and IS stakeholders, modeling requirements, validating solutions, project and product management, and maintaining a backlog of user stories
 
 - Preferred: Knowledge in SAP Sales and Distribution, master data concepts, and SAP Warehouse Management System
 
 - Preferred: Ability to independently manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, virtual team environment
 
 - Preferred: Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical collaborators and influence executive leaders
 
 - Preferred: Experience in highly collaborative cross-functional environments (e.g., SAFe) and managing large programs
 
 - Preferred: Technical curiosity with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 
 - Preferred: Ability to prioritize a diverse workload to meet deadlines and collaboration expectations
 
 - Preferred: Team-oriented attitude focused on successful completion of team goals
 
 - Preferred: Technical knowledge related to enterprise-level digital transformation, including mergers and acquisitions
