Business Analyst, Finance Systems

Role: Entry-level finance and systems support specialist supporting Arrowhead’s financial operations and digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: provide functional support to Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams; assist in process automation and digital projects using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric; manage identity/access governance within Dynamics 365; develop training materials; coordinate system requests; participate in Agile projects; stay informed on emerging AI and tech relevant to finance. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related; 0-2 years supporting enterprise ERP systems; foundational knowledge of Finance, P2P, and O2C processes; strong communication skills; ability to prioritize and collaborate. Preferred: exposure to GxP/SOX compliance, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform tools, and Microsoft Data Platform technologies; experience in regulated Life Sciences environment.
