Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day functional support to Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders, ensuring timely issue resolution under the direction of the Senior Finance Solution Architect.
- Identify and document process automation and digital transformation opportunities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Microsoft Fabric, guided by the Principal Data Architect.
- Administer identity and access governance within Dynamics 365 (role management, license assignment, access reviews).
- Develop and maintain end-user training materials and system documentation.
- Assist with intake, triage, and backlog management for Finance and Procurement system/service requests.
- Participate in Agile project delivery (sprint planning, stakeholder engagement, on-time delivery of enhancements).
- Stay current on emerging technologies and applied AI capabilities for enterprise finance operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms.
- Foundational experience or academic background in Finance, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate requirements into documented specifications.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred:
- Exposure to regulated environments (GxP or SOX) in Life Sciences.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Basic to working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Data Platform technologies (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Link, MS SQL Server).

Onsite: 5 days a week from an Arrowhead office location.

Pay range: Wisconsin $60,000–$68,000; California $68,000–$75,000.
