Business Analyst, Finance Systems

Role: Entry-level Finance Systems Support Analyst supporting Arrowhead's financial processes, including Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash workflows. Responsibilities: provide functional support to Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams; assist in process automation and digital transformation initiatives; develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric; manage identity and access governance within Dynamics 365; create training materials; support system request triage; contribute to Agile project delivery; stay informed on emerging enterprise finance technologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems; 0-2 years supporting enterprise ERP platforms; foundational knowledge of core finance processes; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred: exposure to GxP or SOX compliance; familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; hands-on experience with Power Platform tools; knowledge of Microsoft Data Platform technologies; experience in regulated industry environments, especially Life Sciences. High-Value: entry-level role in biopharma industry support, with focus on enterprise systems in finance and procurement, based onsite in Wisconsin or California, with no travel specified.
