Business Analyst, Finance Systems

The Position (Onsite): Entry-level liaison between Finance, Accounting, Revenue, and Procurement stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams. Supports scalable, efficient, and compliant financial systems. Core process areas: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Financial Close and Reporting. Onsite 5 days/week.

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day functional support to Finance, Accounting, and Procurement; ensure timely issue resolution.
- Identify and document process automation and digital transformation opportunities.
- Develop reports/dashboards/automation using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Microsoft Fabric.
- Administer identity and access governance in Dynamics 365 (roles, licenses, periodic access reviews).
- Create and maintain end-user training materials and system documentation.
- Intake, triage, and manage backlog for Finance/Procurement system/service requests.
- Participate in Agile delivery (sprint planning, stakeholder engagement, on-time enhancements).
- Stay current on emerging technologies and applied AI capabilities for enterprise finance operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related.
- 0–2 years supporting enterprise ERP platforms.
- Foundational experience/academic background in core Finance, P2P, and O2C processes.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication; ability to document requirements.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred:
- Exposure to GxP or SOX in Life Sciences.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Basic to working knowledge of Power Platform tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Link, and MS SQL Server.

Compensation/benefits (stated): Wisconsin pay range $60,000–$68,000; California pay range $68,000–$75,000. Competitive salaries and an excellent benefit package.
