BuiLD Associate

Role Summary

The BuiLD MBA program is an intensive, interdisciplinary program for graduating MBA candidates. The program consists of mentorship by Regeneron leaders and experience in leading projects in a variety of roles throughout Regeneron.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 27-month rotational experiences across functions including Corporate Strategy, New Products, Business Development, Marketing, Commercial Operations and Market Access.
• Each 9-month rotation is tailored to cultivate the Associate’s skills while meeting Regeneron’s business needs.
• Develop technical and non-technical skills through diverse training, cross-functional experiences, and ongoing mentorship.
• Gain hands-on work experience in different areas and exposure to critical issues and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Required: MBA degree with strong academic performance.
• Preferred: Bachelor's within a science-related degree.
• Required: 3+ years of professional experience; strong preference for experience in biopharmaceuticals or in management consulting, financial services, or public/private investing.
• Required: Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Required: Strong execution skills in a collaborative environment.
