Role Overview
- 27-month rotational development program with mentorship by company leaders and experience leading projects.
- Gain depth and breadth across functions including Corporate Strategy, New Products, Business Development, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Market Access.
- Acquire technical and non-technical skills through diverse training, cross-functional experiences, and ongoing mentorship.

Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in projects across multiple business/functional areas during rotations.
- Expose yourself to critical issues and decision-making processes while building knowledge of business and department operations.

Qualifications
- MBA degree with strong academic performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
- 3+ years professional experience.
- Strong preference for biopharmaceutical industry experience or relevant experience in management consulting, financial services, or public/private investing.
