      Role Summary
 Brand Lead - Renal Cancer Imaging. You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases. The Brand Lead will shape the success of our innovative products and services, collaborating with the global upstream marketing team to ensure US customer needs are at the forefront of product development.
 
 Responsibilities
 
 - Strategic Planning & Development:
  
  - Develop US commercial launch strategies and plans, including key messaging, positioning, market segmentation, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, and promotion strategy.
 
  - Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive successful product launches and adoption.
 
  
  
 - Marketing Execution:
  
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and product positioning.
 
  - Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
 
  - Work closely with sales and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and sales enablement.
 
  - Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
 
  
  
 - Market & Customer Knowledge:
  
  - Develop deep product knowledge, including uses, benefits, side effects, and contraindications.
 
  - Understand the healthcare industry, regulatory bodies, and healthcare delivery systems as it relates to the products and services marketed.
 
  - Understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of targeted providers and patients.
 
  
  
 - Marketing Expertise:
  
  - Develop marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
 
  - Utilize multi-channel marketing to reach targeted providers and patients.

  - Communicate complex scientific information to healthcare providers and patients clearly and concisely.

 Qualifications
 
 - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
 
 - 10+ years of experience in upstream marketing strategy required; experience in nuclear medicine and radiopharmacy strongly preferred.
 
 - Proven experience developing successful marketing campaigns and driving growth in the healthcare industry.
 
 - Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
 
 - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
 
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
 - Strategic thinking with ability to execute tactically.
