Bottling Technician

Role Summary

Bottling Technician position on the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm) with potential for weekend work and overtime. This entry-level role supports the bottling line for non-hazardous biological products and involves assembling materials, preparing products for filling, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Location: US - Sarasota, FL.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform repetitive bench and line bottling operations to mass-produce non-hazardous biological products
• Assembling materials such as bottles, caps and boxes
• Preparation of product for filling and product labeling
• Assist with inventory control
• Must be able to perform daily duties safely in a fast paced, team environment
• Must be able to work in wet and/or humid conditions
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment including general cleaning duties for plant and employee safety
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and GMP practices
• All manufacturing activities will be performed according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

• Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education

• High School diploma
• 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred

• Physical Requirements: Bend frequently; stand frequently; talk or hear constantly; use hands constantly; walk frequently; good hand/eye coordination; stand for more than three hours at a time; perform repetitive motions
• Safety: This position is designated as a "SafetySensitive Position"; wear PPE including hair net, beard net, face mask, foot covers, lab coat, and protective footwear
• Lift/carry: 21 to 50 lbs
