Biopharmaceutical Fill/Finish Operator - Night Shift
Responsibilities:
- Execute primary (vial filling) and secondary (cartoning) packaging operations for Monoclonal Antibody production within associated equipment sets, including assembly, preparation, turnover, and maintenance.
- Uphold GMP manufacturing standards with quality-driven performance, documentation (lifecycle management), housekeeping, and staging.
- Accurately perform Manufacturing Instructions per SOPs and quality compliance.
- Perform aseptic manipulations and demonstrate knowledge of aseptic technique.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold manufacturing, quality, and safety.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in reading comprehension; ability to adhere to procedures and safe working practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or greater in a biomanufacturing related discipline.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Regulated/GMP experience.
- Demonstrated strong initiative, work ethic, and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- Training shift starts on days for the first 2–3 months, then transitions to nights; subject to change with notice.
- Weekend work premium: 4%; work outside shift hours premium: 10%.
