Role: Field Biomedical Technician responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, repairing, and performing planned maintenance on complex medical equipment to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: handle service calls, perform repairs and safety inspections, document actions, manage inventory, and lead or support technical team activities, including site leadership and vendor management. Maintain effective communication with customers, ensure compliance with GE and regulatory policies, and support safety and quality standards. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering or related field plus 2+ years of experience in medical equipment servicing; or military experience with similar background; or High School diploma with 4+ years in medical device maintenance. Skills: strong analytical, communication, and technical troubleshooting skills, with ability to articulate issues clearly to customers. Qualifications: background check, ability to lift up to 35 lbs., and willingness to work on-call and after hours as needed.
