Role: Lead biomaterials program management in animal health biologics, overseeing lifecycle activities from knowledge management to USDA regulatory reporting. Responsibilities: manage biomaterials inventory, qualification, and replacement sourcing; lead equivalence studies and method remediation; coordinate transfer to QC, and prepare regulatory documents for USDA approval. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences; 7+ years in USDA-regulated animal health biologics; 5+ years in biomaterials technical documentation and qualification; expertise in biological test platforms such as immunoassays or cell-based methods; strong technical writing skills. Preferred: USDA experience, regulated quality systems, method validation, cross-functional collaboration. High-Value: animal health biologics, USDA regulation, biological testing platforms, lifecycle management, technical documentation, method transfer and validation. Work setup: hybrid with 10% travel.
