Biomarker Technical Expert

Role: Biomarker Technical Expert supporting translational science within Bayer’s oncology clinical trials, primarily phases I-III. Responsibilities: provide biomarker operational expertise across study design, sample logistics, vendor management, data transfer and analysis, ensuring compliance with GCP/ICH; serve as a biomarker operations lead, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners; oversee sample logistics, real-time reconciliation, and data integration; develop study documentation, support biomarker data management, and promote operational best practices. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree, extensive pharma industry experience, clinical sample handling, project management, global vendor oversight, and strong communication skills. Preferred: doctoral or master’s degree with relevant experience.
