Role: Research Scientist in Biologics Process Research & Development focused on designing and developing innovative bioprocesses for early- and late-stage biologics. Responsibilities: develop disruptive manufacturing technologies, characterize robust clinical-scale processes, design experiments in cell-line development, upstream/downstream bioprocessing, and integrate process control platforms; collaborate across functional areas and support technology transfer to manufacturing. Requirements: BS with 2+ years or MS (expected graduation by June 2027) in Chemical/Biochemical/Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related; experience with molecular biology, protein expression, mammalian cell culture, and biochemical engineering; ability to independently conduct experiments, analyze data, and communicate findings. Preferred: expertise in bioanalytical techniques, process transfer, high throughput screening, automation, data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
