Bioinformatics Scientist II

Role: Bioinformatics Scientist II supporting clinical trial biomarker and companion diagnostics (CDx) development in cancer therapeutics. Responsibilities: develop and implement biomarker strategies, support analytical method development, lead biomarker scoping and technical validation, improve workflows, contribute to regulatory documentation, and mentor team members. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams including biostatistics, laboratory scientists, and regulatory experts to ensure biomarker strategies align with clinical and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Master’s in Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, or related; 2+ years industry or academic experience; proficiency in Python, R, or similar.
