Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's in Business or Healthcare Administration; experience with lab workflows, Data Analytics Tools, and oncology billing; ability to navigate payer requirements and manage organizational changes. Work setup involves desk-based work with some evenings/weekends and holidays; may require occasional travel.
