Bilingual Spanish Phlebotomist

Role: Bilingual Spanish Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services in a clinical setting. Objectives include ensuring accurate sample collection across all age groups, maintaining specimen and patient data logs, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities cover performing venipuncture and capillary draws, processing specimens for testing, data entry, and administrative duties. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification or at least 3 months of experience; ability to pass color blindness test; reliable transportation; flexible to work Monday through Saturday with potential overtime. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, bilingual Spanish skills.
