Bilingual Phlebotomist

Role: Bilingual Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing in a patient service center setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all age groups, collect various specimen types, ensure accurate data entry, process specimens, maintain logs, and deliver exceptional customer service; administrative duties and site travel as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of clinical/hospital phlebotomy experience preferred; experience serving diverse patient populations; certification or accredited training in phlebotomy; ability to pass color blindness test; strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills; flexibility for overtime in a fast-paced environment.
