(Bilingual – English/Spanish) Customer Service - Donor Support Technician

Role: Support donor pheresis procedures by preparing equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring donor safety. Responsibilities: set up and operate autopheresis machines, respond to alarms, record incidents and donor data accurately, maintain a clean and safe environment, and support center operations. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or donor settings; basic math skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High-Value: involvement in blood/platelet donation, pheresis procedures, donor safety, and data management; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred; knowledge of health safety (HSE, OSHA) protocols. Work setup: physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, and occasional lifting; extended hours and overtime may be necessary; exposure to bloodborne pathogens and hazardous chemicals.
