Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Center Supervisor

Role: Supervisor of plasma center operations, responsible for managing daily activities, staff supervision, and ensuring efficient plasma collections. Objectives include maintaining compliance with SOPs, optimizing donor flow, staffing adequacy, and process improvement. Responsibilities encompass overseeing staff performance and training, conducting error investigations, supporting recruitment, ensuring safety and confidentiality, and maintaining accurate donor data. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year supervisory experience overseeing team activities; ability to make moderate-impact decisions; physical ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; bilingual skills; cross-training in technical areas. High-Value: Blood/plasma collection environment, donor management, compliance with OSHA/HSE standards, potential involvement with hyper immune programs. Work setup involves physical presence, with extended hours and overtime as needed.
