Role: Pheresis Technician responsible for preparing, monitoring, and completing the donor pheresis process, ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance. Responsibilities: prepare donors, equipment, and work environment; monitor donors during pheresis; respond to alarms; document incidents and donor data; maintain safety and confidentiality; may support hyper-immune programs and cross-train in additional areas. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months' experience, ideally in healthcare or related fields; ability to perform basic math; flexibility to work 6-8 hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and rotating early morning shifts; bilingual skills may be preferred.
