BI Platforms Administrator (Microsoft Fabric/Power BI)

Role: BI Platform Administrator for Lilly’s Power BI/Fabric environment, responsible for daily platform operations, administration, and ensuring reliability and security. Core responsibilities include managing installation, upgrades, high-availability configurations, security patches, and governance; optimizing performance; developing automation scripts; and supporting integrations across cloud platforms (Azure & AWS), Snowflake, and Databricks. The role involves troubleshooting, capacity planning, platform scalability, and mentoring junior staff. Requirements: High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of experience in Fabric/Power BI platform administration, including PowerShell, REST API, and SQL skills. Preferred skills include experience with enterprise BI operations, migrations, disaster recovery, and BI tools like Spotfire or SAP Business Objects. High-value specifics: enterprise-scale Power BI/Fabric deployment, cloud integration, system optimization, security and governance, with less than 5% travel. Location: onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a hybrid work schedule.
