[Base in China] Sr. Principal Scientist, In Vivo Pharmacology

Role: Senior Principal Scientist, In Vivo Pharmacology at Legend Biotech, leading in vivo studies for advanced cell-targeted delivery platforms, including next-generation in vivo CAR-T, supporting early discovery programs. Responsibilities: formulate in vivo pharmacology strategies, develop and utilize NHP models to assess delivery, efficacy, biodistribution, and safety; oversee animal studies internally and with CROs; communicate progress and risks to senior management; drive data-driven decision-making; mentor team members; collaborate on Investigational New Therapy (IIT) and IND-enabling activities. Requirements: PhD or postdoctoral training in gene therapy, cancer biology, or immunology; 3–5 years of industry experience; extensive experience with NHP models; leadership potential in in vivo CAR-T programs preferred; strong organizational and communication skills.
