Automation Technician (Overnights)

Role: Automation Technician supporting biologics manufacturing at Regeneron, responsible for ensuring reliable operation of automated process control systems in GMP environments. Core responsibilities: troubleshoot automation, coordinate response activities, support equipment setup, changeovers, maintenance, and verify system performance; contribute to deviation investigations and system improvements; interpret technical documentation and communicate with cross-functional teams. Requirements: Associate degree in Engineering or related field; 3+ years for Technician II, 5+ years for Technician III supporting process control systems; experience with PLCs, HMIs, Allen-Bradley, Siemens control systems; knowledge of ladder logic, electrical, instrumentation, process controls; ability to interpret engineering docs. Preferred: experience in biopharma manufacturing, industrial data systems, and data integrity principles; strong communication skills.
