Role: Support operation, maintenance, and system management of process control systems at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site producing injectable diabetes treatments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting downtime, repairing hardware, performing routine maintenance, supporting control system installations, managing hardware inventory, and developing improvement plans. The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP, safety, and environmental standards. Requirements: Associateβs degree in Electronics, Computers, Engineering, or relevant field; 4+ years of instrumentation/control systems experience preferred; knowledge of PLCs (Rockwell, Siemens), HMI, PCS/DCS (DeltaV, iFix), Historian (OSI PI), SCADA systems, MES (Syncade, PAS-X), MS SQL; troubleshooting skills, familiarity with process control in pharma/biotech preferred.
