Automation Technician

Role: Automation Technician supporting biopharmaceutical manufacturing at Regeneron, focusing on troubleshooting and maintaining equipment used in GMP bulk biologics, fill/finish, and utilities. Responsibilities: provide technical support for automated systems (PLCs, HMIs), perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and changeovers; communicate issues across manufacturing teams; follow strict safety and gowning protocols; manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment. Requirements: experience troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, and electrical control systems; knowledge of ladder logic, PID control, electrical schematics, and digital multimeters; understanding of data integrity regulations; proficiency with digital tools in manufacturing; ability to interpret technical documentation and adapt to new automation technologies. Preferred: experience with control platforms, MES, data historians, and regulated manufacturing environments.
