Role: Process Control Systems Engineer at Novo Nordisk's API manufacturing facility, focusing on ensuring compliance and reliability of process and equipment in production of ingredients for oral products. Responsibilities: collaborate with global and local project teams to design and qualify process control systems, develop interface agreements with vendors, implement maintenance and improvement plans, and support audits. Also includes developing standards, training colleagues, managing change, and supporting initiatives aligned with quality and safety standards. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering or related field; 5+ years of experience in process manufacturing, utilities, or packaging systems; proficiency with SAP EM, PLC, DCS/SCADA, MES, Oracle, SQL, and Historian; project management skills; ability to translate high-level directives into actionable tasks. Preferred: experience with warehouse automation (e.g., Automated Guided Vehicles, Conveyors); Six Sigma/cLEAN methodologies familiarity.
