- Design, develop, and implement software and hardware improvements to automated and new equipment under change control.
- Provide PLC- and HMI-based technical support to various departments per established SOPs.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve manufacturing deviations tied to automated control systems.
- Develop engineering design documents, technical evaluations, and test plans in line with GAMP 5.
- Support process control and monitoring equipment through software design, commissioning, testing, and corrective action.
- Support small manufacturing, engineering, and validation projects.
- Author and execute Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test protocols and system specifications.
- Champion continuous improvement as an everyday outlook.
This Role Requires
- BS in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience (equivalent combination may be considered).
- Experience in the design and maintenance of process control and/or data acquisition systems.
- Experience programming/troubleshooting DeltaV DCS and PLCs; Allen-Bradley and Siemens products and video graphic chart recorders ideal.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is ideal.
- Cleanroom gowning requirements and ability to remove jewelry/makeup/nail adornments.
Salary Range (annually): $75,300.00 - $123,300.00
