Automation Data Analytics Engineer

Role: Supporting and executing activities related to design, delivery, and lifecycle management of site automation and data analytics solutions in biologics manufacturing. Responsibilities: act as a subject matter expert in data analytics, develop dashboards, support manufacturing process improvements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and contribute to digital solution development and process automation. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams; support QMS deliverables, change management, and process monitoring; and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field; at least 2 years of biotech/pharma manufacturing support experience; proficiency with SQL, Python, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI); knowledge of cell therapy, biologics, cGMPs, and manufacturing systems. Preferred: experience with electronic batch records, MES, and manufacturing boundary systems; understanding of cell culture and aseptic processes. High-Value: biologics/cell therapy focus, data science and automation systems, lifecycle support, cGMP compliance, collaborative cross-functional engagement. Work Setup: Monday-Friday, hybrid in Devens, MA, with travel 10-15%.
