Automation Data Analytics Engineer

Role: Data Analytics Engineer supporting site automation and data solutions in biologics manufacturing, particularly cell therapy. Responsibilities: design, deliver, and optimize automation systems (Process Automation, MES, Data Historians), develop data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI), and support lifecycle management of digital manufacturing solutions. Act as SME to manufacturing and technical teams, creating dashboards, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and supporting process improvements and investigations. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, support regulatory compliance, and champion change management initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering, Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry or related field; 2+ years in biotech/pharma manufacturing support or engineering; hands-on experience with SQL, Python, data visualization tools; knowledge of cGMP and biologics or cell therapy manufacturing. Preferred: experience with electronic batch records, MES, and manufacturing boundary systems; familiarity with cell culture, cryopreservation, aseptic processing; travel 10-15%.
