Atomic Solutions Field Application Engineer

Role: Field Application Engineer providing post-sales technical and application support for Agilent ICP-OES and ICP-MS hardware/software across the US and Canada. Responsibilities: deliver remote and onsite consulting, answer customer queries, troubleshoot complex issues, develop application solutions, mentor colleagues, and support customers in regulated environments. Travel: 75% overnight travel within North America. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field; 2+ years' experience with ICP-OES and ICP-MS; expertise in atomic spectroscopy workflows and troubleshooting; proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred: experience in application implementation, customer training, and working in regulated settings. Work setup: full-time, remote option, with extensive travel, based in US near major airports.
