Role: Field Application Engineer supporting Agilent's ICP-OES and ICP-MS hardware/software across the US and Canada, providing post-sales technical and application support. Responsibilities: deliver customized remote and onsite consulting, troubleshoot complex systems, train customers, contribute to knowledge sharing with Customer Service, and mentor peers. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field; 2+ years' experience with ICP-OES/ICP-MS; expertise in atomic spectroscopy workflows and troubleshooting; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
