Role: Field Application Engineer providing post-sales technical and application support for Agilent ICP-OES and ICP-MS hardware/software across the US and Canada. Responsibilities: deliver remote and onsite consulting, conduct customer training, troubleshoot complex system issues, facilitate knowledge transfer, and mentor peers; 75% overnight travel required. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field; 2+ years' experience with ICP-OES/ICP-MS; deep knowledge of atomic spectroscopy workflows and solutions; proficiency in Microsoft Office; flexible schedule and willingness to travel extensively. High-Value: atomic spectroscopy techniques, workflows, solutions, application troubleshooting, customer support in regulated environments. Work Setup: full-time remote option, based near a major metropolitan airport, with extensive travel.
