Role: Field Application Engineer supporting Agilent ICP-OES and ICP-MS hardware/software in the US and Canada, primarily delivering post-sales technical and application support. Responsibilities: provide on-site and remote consulting, troubleshoot complex system issues, deliver customer training, contribute to knowledge transfer within customer service, and mentor peers.
