Atomic Solutions Field Application Engineer

Role: Field Application Engineer providing post-sales technical and application support for Agilent ICP-OES and ICP-MS hardware/software in the US and Canada, primarily through onsite customer engagements. Responsibilities: deliver customized consulting, training, and troubleshooting; support customer solutions in regulated environments; facilitate knowledge transfer within the organization; lead integrated technology solutions; mentor peers; solve complex technical problems. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related; 2+ years of experience with ICP-OES and ICP-MS solutions; deep expertise in atomic spectroscopy workflows and troubleshooting; proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to travel 75% of the time, overnight as needed; proximity to major metropolitan airport.
