職務内容 / Job Description ■ミッション 優れた製品を一人でも多くの患者さんに届け、患者さんのためにサイエンスに再投資し続けられる製薬企業として競合優位性を維持し続けることに貢献する ■業務の範囲 ・ブランドチーム、関係部門と協力しながらビジネス課題を特定・構造化・分析し、課題を解決するための製品戦略および実行プラン （Brand strategy plan 中期プラン +3年/Nationa sales plan 短期プラン 1年）を立案 ・プラン策定のための市場調査の実施・結果の分析・課題の抽出 ・課題に基づいた、戦術（資材・イベント・デジタル施策）の計画・実施および評価（e-promotion含む） ・戦略実行のためのシステム設計・レポーティングsystemなどの整備 ・プロモーションの効果測定 KPI (Key Performance Indicator) モニタリングや営業ツール等の社内システムを他部門（IT等）と協業し構築し、進捗からの対策を検討し実施する ・KOL (Key Opinion Leader) のマネジメントの遂行　 ・メディカル本部・Commercial Excellence本部(営業やマーケティングの支援部門)・Pharmacovigilance部など多部門からなる「コアブランドチーム」を運営し、他部門と協業する ・各リーダーシップチームへの月次報告 ・グローバルチームとの定例会議での日本の状況の報告・提案 ■ 応募資格（経験、資格等）/ Qualification (Experience & Skill etc.) 【経験 / Experience】 ＜必須 / Mandatory＞ 医薬品業界での営業、かつ、マーケティング経験5年以上 ＜歓迎 / Nice to have＞ 胃癌領域もしくは消化器癌領域における営業・マーケティング経験 【能力 / Skill-set】 ＜必須 / Mandatory＞ ・医師との面会を通じて課題を同定できる質問力と分析力 ・客観的に事象を捉えて、正確に現状を分析、取り組むべき課題を抽出できる能力（分析や市場調査業務の経験はプラスです） ・顧客のインサイトや市場調査の結果等の事実から仮説を構築する力 ・課題解決にむけてアクションが実行できる行動力 ・自らの得意分野に安住せずチャレンジし続ける姿勢・目的達成のために新たな取組やアプローチを試みる姿勢 ・チームとして成果をだすための関係部門との協業の姿勢・円滑な協業のためのコミュニケーション能力 ・エクセル／パワーポイントによる資料作成能力 ・そのほか社内で使用されているITを活用できる 【語学 / Language】 ＜必須 / Mandatory＞ 日本語 Japanese：日本語でのコミュニケーション能力が十分であること 英語 English：TOEIC 800点以上が望ましい 【その他 / Others】 ＜必須 / Mandatory＞ 月4－5回程度の全国各地への出張、土日勤務（学会ランチョンセミナー対応等）が受容可能な方 【キャリアレベル / Career Level】 E 【勤務地 / Work Location】 大阪 or 東京 Date Posted 07-4月-2026 Closing Date AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
