Associate Director, Commercial Analytics HIV Integrated Insights (Foster City, CA)
Responsibilities:
- Manage tasks/activities and contractors supporting the HIV business unit; lead complex cross-functional projects.
- Develop data-based insights to inform brand/franchise/business unit strategy; create annual brand analytics plans.
- Build performance/KPI reporting and dashboards; conduct analytics for segmentation, customer journey, treatment flow, sampling strategy, and market opportunities.
- Integrate insights into BPOA (Brand Plan of Action) and support Tactic Measurement/Marketing Mix; enable forecasting.
- Provide quantitative analyses and develop business cases; evaluate new secondary data sources and analytics/AI capabilities.
- Partner with marketing, commercial operations (digital analytics, data governance, sales analytics), and IT; serve as cross-functional SME; run quarterly stakeholder reviews.
- Lead and manage external consulting resources from a delivery perspective.
People Leader Accountabilities:
- Create inclusion, develop talent, and empower teams (coach, align goals, remove barriers, hold to account).
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong commercial analytics; experience managing projects.
- Pharmaceutical or consumer data analytics/insight.
- Desired: HIV/virology therapy experience and provider-administered (e.g., buy-and-bill) products.
- MBA or Master’s preferred (healthcare/general management/analytics/data sciences).
- Strong business/marketing acumen; communication/interpersonal skills; consultative background.
- Data visualization and storytelling; secondary data analysis (e.g., IMS, WK, Ipsos).
- Software: MS Excel, Tableau, Word, PowerPoint.
- Basic: Bachelor’s + 10 yrs OR Master’s + 8 yrs OR PhD + 2 yrs.
Compensation/Benefits (explicitly stated):
