Associate Technician, Operations

Role: Bio Process Operations Technician supporting aseptic vaccine manufacturing in a start-up facility, primarily on 2nd shift. Responsibilities: execute aseptic primary filling, inspection, packaging, and cleaning-in-place (CIP/SIP); perform routine equipment disinfection; troubleshoot process and equipment issues; ensure GMP and EHS compliance; document activities accurately; support continuous improvement initiatives; maintain high standards of safety, quality, and data integrity. Qualifications: High School diploma; preference for 1+ years GMP manufacturing experience, especially in aseptic environments; ability to work independently and in teams; proficiency with automated systems; gowning and working in sterile conditions. Preferred: associate degree or biopharma certificates; experience with aseptic filling, visual inspection, CIP/SIP, and manufacturing equipment; knowledge of cGMP, SAP/MES; leadership or training experience; excellent communication skills.
