POSITION OVERVIEW
- Entry-level manufacturing/packaging role supporting production with hands-on work.
- Follow manufacturing/packaging requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); complete daily tasks per procedures under the Operations Manager; collaborate to ensure safe, timely production of high-quality products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate manufacturing/packaging equipment while following GMPs and SOPs.
- Perform line clearance, cleaning, and inspections; complete required documentation.
- Assist with basic machine setup; transport equipment, materials, supplies, and products.
- Perform/document equipment challenges; complete in-process quality checks.
- Identify/report malfunctions, defects, and process issues; support troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate, timely process documentation (data integrity).
- Organize, clean, and maintain work areas.
- Support site goals for quality, optimal cost, and schedule.
COMPLIANCE & SAFETY
- Conduct operations per cGMP, SOPs, and site/divisional policies.
- Follow health and safety (including gowning and PPE); report unsafe conditions and deviations.
- Participate in EHS/quality training; maintain housekeeping and material segregation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Lift up to 50 lbs; work irregular hours/weekends as needed.
- Basic computer literacy (browsers, email, word processing).
- Team collaboration.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Manufacturing/production/packaging shop floor experience.
SHIFT
- 2nd shift (MondayβFriday); overtime on weekends.

Salary Range: $43,100β$67,800.
