Associate Technician, Operations

Role: Bio Process Operations Technician supporting aseptic vaccine manufacturing on the shop floor within a start-up facility. Responsibilities include executing primary filling, inspection, packaging, CIP/SIP, and disinfecting manufacturing equipment; troubleshooting process and equipment issues; ensuring GMP and safety compliance; and maintaining documentation accuracy. The technician partners with maintenance, supports continuous improvement, and mentors team members. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years in GMP manufacturing, preferably aseptic environments; ability to work independently and collaboratively; proficiency with automated systems; willingness to work irregular hours on day shift. Preferred: Associate degree or biotech certificates; experience with aseptic filling, visual inspection, CIP/SIP systems, and industrial equipment; knowledge of cGMPs, Lean, SAP/MES; strong communication skills and technical writing ability. High-value biopharma specifics: aseptic vaccine production, GMP compliance, start-up environment, minimal travel, supportive of multi-shift operations, and familiarity with regulated manufacturing. Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance & Operations, this individual contributor role involves ensuring reliable, compliant operations within a sterile manufacturing setting.
