Associate Technician, Filling Operations

Role: Associate Technician in Pharmaceutical Operations supporting drug product development and GMP clinical supply of sterile dosage forms at the Rahway, NJ FLEx Center. Responsibilities include hands-on processing activities such as equipment setup, material handling, cleaning, and processing raw materials into finished drug products; maintaining GMP compliance and documentation; troubleshooting equipment; supporting qualification and equipment commissioning; and participating in safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, strong communication skills, proficiency with electronic systems (e.g., SAP, MS Office), physical ability to lift 50 lbs., and experience with equipment operation or electronics; bioWork certification and troubleshooting skills are preferred.
