Associate Technical Trainer

Role: Develops and delivers manufacturing training programs to support GMP compliance, operational excellence, and product knowledge in a biopharma manufacturing setting. Responsibilities: design, develop, and conduct training sessions, including onboarding, GMP, GDP, and aseptic processing; manage training content and LMS; evaluate training effectiveness; support continuous process improvements; and ensure training records are maintained accurately. Requirements: HS diploma with 5+ years or BS/BA with 2+ years of relevant experience; prior GMP environment experience preferred. High-Value: pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP/GDP compliance, aseptic processing, batch record understanding, training delivery, and LMS management.
