Associate System Administrator

Role: Associate System Administrator supporting Amgen's final product assembly and packaging operations at Ohio site, with a focus on laboratory, benchtop, and manufacturing systems. Objectives: ensure application support, design solutions, and maintain digital infrastructure for quality, manufacturing, and process development teams. Responsibilities: manage Windows systems, support analytical instruments, troubleshoot computerized systems, conduct root cause analyses, and coordinate across departments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (up to 6 years in IS/business analysis), proficiency in Windows administration, experience with laboratory and GMP environments, familiarity with data integrity standards, and strong troubleshooting skills. Preferred: knowledge of Quality and manufacturing systems, IT architecture, project management, AI/data engineering skills, and excellent communication. High-value: supporting advanced manufacturing in a biotech setting, aligning with GMP and data integrity standards, leveraging AI/data science, and working onsite in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with multiple departments within operations technology and manufacturing teams. Work setup: onsite; extended hours may be required.
